Legal agreement frameworks for hosted open source

My dev shop has released a new framework under the MIT license. (see https://friggframework.org)

We currently sell professional services and support contracts (for apps we build using our framework) under a standard Master Services Agreement for professional software dev services.

However we've been asked by some larger clients to host their individual instance and take full ownership security, performance, and ongoing maintenance/improvement.

I'd like to work with an attorney or other expert to craft the right agreements to cover this new hosted/managed scenario, and to protect us from unreasonable liability or misplaced expectations.

Can anyone in the COSS community recommend any resources or experts who can help?

Thanks for any suggestions!
