Could you share your background before being an entrepreneur and starting Anaconda, what led you to start a company, and your formative years/background in general? - 0:16

You made an interesting insight, which is a lot of the data science tooling, open-source tools in general, often created by scientists for other scientists (as opposed to by developers for other developers.) Could you elaborate on that? - 3:08

Python is one of the most widely known and adopted programming languages in the world. Anaconda as a company has existed for less than 10 years, Python has been around for decades. Talk about the Anaconda business models over the years. You’ve raised venture capital, for-profit company. How do you make money, how have you thought about making money over the years, how do you think about the continuation of the business model? - 8:14

A lot of the open-source technologies that Anaconda supports are in the NumFocus Foundation. Can you share why the NumFocus Foundation was created and what role it serves for open-source ecosystems? - 11:51
